1. Acceptance

By using Hab12 services, you agree to these Terms of Use and the applicable Privacy Policy.

2. General wellness use

Hab12 is a general wellness product designed to support healthy muscle training and neuromuscular awareness. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease or a medical condition.

3. Safe use

Follow product instructions and stop use if you experience pain, burning, skin irritation, or other unexpected discomfort. People under medical care, following surgery or injury, or with activity restrictions should ask their healthcare professional before beginning a new exercise program.

4. Software license

HabTools grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the Hab12 software with the Hab12 experience, subject to these terms and applicable app-store terms.

5. Ownership and acceptable use

Hab12 software, branding, media, and other protected materials belong to HabTools or its licensors. You may not reverse engineer, misuse, interfere with, or commercially redistribute the software except where applicable law expressly permits it.

6. Updates and availability

Features may change as the product evolves. HabTools may provide software updates, modify features, or discontinue services when reasonably necessary.
