1. Who we are

Hab12 is a product of HabTools, Inc. This policy describes information handled through the Hab12 website, app, and related support services.

2. Data on your device

Hab12 is designed so that muscle-activity readings and training information can remain on your device by default. HabTools does not automatically receive your raw session data unless you choose a feature or setting that shares information.

3. Sharing you control

Hab12 may provide options that let you share reports, summaries, or other information. If you enable an automatic end-of-session sharing setting, information may be sent after each session until you turn that setting off. You can change that choice at any time.

4. Website, purchase, and support information

When you contact HabTools, join a mailing list, or purchase a product, we may receive the information needed to respond, process the transaction, provide support, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Payment card information is handled by the payment processor rather than stored directly by HabTools.

5. Service providers

We may use service providers for functions such as payments, email delivery, app infrastructure, website hosting, and analytics. They receive information only as needed to provide their services and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

6. Your choices

You can control optional sharing settings in the app and can contact support@habtools.com with privacy questions or requests.

7. Changes

We may update this policy as Hab12 evolves. The version posted here should identify the current effective date before public launch.
